The Profi Plus meat hammer from WMF has two different striking surfaces. The flat one is perfect for plating - for example to prepare a Viennese schnitzel. The textured striking surface is ideal for cuts of meat that are naturally tougher or more fibrous, transforming them into melt-in-your-mouth tender delicacies. Another advantage: The knobbed structure opens the meat pores and allows fresh herbs, spices and marinades to be easily incorporated into the meat. Made from elegant and durable Cromargan®: 18/10 stainless steel, the 25 cm long Profi Plus meat hammer is particularly robust and durable and can of course also be put in the dishwasher for easy and convenient cleaning
