How do I return my order?
We want you to be satisfied. If after receiving your order you notice that something is wrong or you don't like it, you can return the delivery to us within 14 days. In individual cases, however, this can also be done after a longer period of time.
You can log into the shop with your email and select the items you want to return. We will then check your request and send you a DHL return label. The return label currently costs 5 euros and will be deducted from the purchase price when the refund is made (this cost is waived in the case of warranty claims).
Please ensure that the goods are packaged securely. We will refund the purchase amount to the payment method used when ordering.
