This is made possible, among other things, by the long-lasting and PFOA-free non-stick coating, which not only allows low-fat and gentle frying, but is also so scratch-resistant and insensitive that even metal spatulas usually cannot harm it. The induction-compatible TransTherm® all-stove base distributes the heat very quickly and stores it for a pleasantly long time, so that delicate fish, crispy steaks or fine vegetables can finish cooking in an energy-efficient manner, even when the stove is switched off, while their aromas fully develop.
