Maximum non-stick effect

The surface of the mat is fine-pored and therefore non-stick . This is especially beneficial when working with sticky dough. If you add excessive amounts of flour at this point, you run the risk of the dough becoming too dry and stiff. This way, you can continue kneading and thoroughly mix the flour and water without the dough sticking to the work surface. The dough can then be rolled out or shaped to the desired size and easily removed from the mat. Cleaning it under running water or in the dishwasher is also straightforward.

Is the perfect pizza round or rectangular ? It's up to you! That's why we've engraved scales on our baking mat for customized baking. This way, you can achieve perfectly rounded results with the eleven circular guidelines. The smallest circle has a diameter of 12 cm and the largest 34 cm. The straight centimeter markings on two sides of the rolling mat ensure rectangular shapes. And if you're following a recipe that uses inches as the unit of measurement, you don't need to convert anything. The other two edges are marked with straight inch measurements, and the circles are also labeled twice.
