Use and Care

• The Caquelon is dishwasher safe, but cleaning by hand is recommended.
• After use, leave the caquelon filled with cold water for a short time to make it easier to remove cheese residue (do not leave it in a water bath)
• The Caquelon can then be easily cleaned with a gentle cleaning sponge and dishwashing liquid
• Dry the Caquelon well after cleaning to avoid rust
