To make it even more convenient to use, the cooking times are pre-programmed for different types of meat (beef, pork, lamb, poultry) and for different cooking levels (rare, medium, well done). The 18cm long stainless steel probe can also be used for larger pieces of roast - and the heat-resistant cable with a length of 1m establishes the connection to the “sending station”. HÄNDI® covers the temperature range from 0°C to 250°C and can also be set in °F.
