Thanks to the swinging balls, a lot of air gets under the mass without clumping. Mixing soups or whipping creams can be done in seconds thanks to the natural vibrations of the ball wires. The wires also reach the corners of pots and bowls and the large impact surface means nothing can stick to the bottom of the pot. Nothing gets caught between the wires, making the stirrer easy to clean and hygienic.
