Spices only give us their full aroma when freshly ground, as their essential oils are released during grinding. WMF developed the Ceramill spice mills based on the model of pepper mills and also equipped them with a durable ceramic grinder. The grinding strength can be infinitely adjusted using an adjustment wheel in order to obtain the desired grain size depending on the spice. Spice mills have a glass container, so you can see at a glance how much supply you have left. It is easy to fill and clean in the dishwasher. The top part is available either from Cromargan®: 18/10 stainless steel, oak wood or high-quality plastic. In all spice mills, the grinder sits at the top and leaves no traces of grinding on the table. In addition, an aroma lid protects the grinding head and at the same time preserves the spice aroma
