The grinder works in two stages and breaks down pepper, salt, dried herbs and spices carefully and thoroughly. You can set the six grinding levels from powder-fine (1) to coarse (6) at the bottom of the mill. They can be read at any time on a scale and do not move when the mills are being filled. Care tip: Grind some rice every now and then to protect the grinder from sticking.
