Knead the bread dough according to the recipe. Place the pre-formed loaf of bread with the bottom side up in the well-floured proofing basket, cover with a cloth and let it rise. Then turn the dough out onto a greased tray and bake. To clean, tap the basket well. Do not put in the dishwasher, just brush dry.
Not suitable for baking.
