With the small “Sharpy”, which has been ergonomically designed for very safe handling, you can quickly, easily and safely sharpen any knife with a straight grind and serrated edge to perfect cutting precision. The sharpening mechanism consists of small, V-shaped plates made of hard metal, which are attached at an optimal angle inside the external structure.

The plates can be turned over and therefore offer impressive longevity.
