The Professional Resist serving pan with a diameter of 28 cm from WMF combines the best of two worlds. This is ensured by the unique combination of a multi-layer structure with an aluminum core, stainless steel on the inside and extremely durable chrome steel on the outside as well as the outstanding PermaDur non-stick coating, which is additionally protected by a special, raised honeycomb structure made of durable Cromargan®. This means that the Profi Resist frying pan is not only scratch-proof and particularly heat-resistant, but also offers the best frying properties in all cases - from searing meat to low-fat frying of delicate dishes
