With the high edge, this Easy Induction series is particularly suitable for large quantities of stews or for browning meat and then boiling a sauce, such as "Zürcher Geschnetzeltes" (Zürcher Geschnetzeltes).
Thanks to the forged aluminum, the pan remains very handy despite its high height and is ideal for everyday use.

Thanks to its 3-layer non-stick coating reinforced with titanium particles, this series impresses with its longevity and increased wear resistance.
