These unique pieces are made exclusively by traditional handcraft. The ceramics are made from marl clay that only occurs in the Baltic Sea. They are formed by hand from clay and water, dried in the air and fired.

The creation of the clay guardian angels

People in those days attached great importance to their personal relationships. To show their friendship and support to their loved ones, they gave small, hand-made figurines as gifts on special occasions to symbolically express: I don't want anything bad to happen to you. What a loving human gesture!
According to ancient tradition, these had to be made from the four basic elements of the world: formed from earth and water, dried in the air and fired. This made each figure unique - just like the person they were meant to protect. So that the small clay figure could accompany its ward on all journeys, it was given wings. These little protectors were the forerunners of the guardian angels that later found their way into the major world religions. Is it not surprising that it is reported that all people who always carried their guardian angel with them were not harmed and were successful in life? Investigations into this phenomenon led to a simple result - one that psychologists can easily understand: human nature has always been materially oriented; immaterial things such as belief in a very personal protector or the good wishes of others are not directly perceptible to us.
But the moment we can touch a tangible symbol of our guardian angel or the good wishes of others, we have something to "hold on to". We suddenly have something to hold on to. The knowledge that we have a very personal guardian angel with us, who is there just for us and is just as unique as we are, has a positive stimulating effect on our self-esteem and gives us self-confidence. And everyone knows that self-confident, secure people master complicated situations more confidently than others. When we found out about this old custom, we spontaneously revived it. At first we only made our figures for friends and acquaintances.
When more and more people - fascinated by the idea of ​​a lifelong companion - wanted a very personal protector, we began to produce our angels on a larger scale. The Dream Magic Tree Guardian Angels have been around for many years now and since day one we have made each individual figure according to this beautiful old tradition: hand-shaped from clay and water, air-dried and fired.
