This mixing bowl is perfect for preparing cakes and desserts. Also for mixing minced meat with egg, bread and spices for meatballs, meat, fish or tofu.

It is made of robust stainless steel, has a good weight and stands on a non-slip silicone base. This gives you secure traction, even when the mixer rotates at the highest level.

The stainless steel does not absorb odors and does not discolor. If you want to whip cream or conjure up a cream, you can put the bowl in the freezer beforehand. Pizza or tarte flambée dough becomes particularly fluffy if you put it in the bowl in the oven at 50° C and let it rise. The practical kitchen basic is available in four sizes
