Wooden model for Springerle

Models are traditional hollow forms for materials such as clay, wax, dough or pastries.

However, you should only use this wooden mold to try out recipes – ideally the Springerle biscuit, like this one with a deer motif. This model is made of durable pearwood with a fine surface. Pearwood can create the finest structures and detailed motifs. We recommend cleaning the model with warm water, a damp cloth, and mild detergent. Do not clean in the dishwasher.
