Maximum non-stick effect
The surface of the mat is fine-pored and therefore non-stick. This is particularly useful when working with sticky dough. If you add a lot of flour, you run the risk of the dough becoming too dry and firm. This way you can continue kneading and mix the flour and water properly without the dough sticking to the work surface. The dough can then be rolled out or shaped to the desired size and then easily removed from the mat. Cleaning it under running water or in the dishwasher is also no problem.
Scales for customized baking
Is the perfect pizza round or rectangular? You decide! That's why we have engraved scales on our baking mat for tailor-made baking. This way you can achieve perfectly circular results with the eleven circular guidelines. The smallest circle has a diameter of 12cm and the largest 34cm. The straight centimeter measurements on two sides of the rolling mat ensure rectangular shapes. And if you are following a recipe that uses inches as the unit of measurement, you don't need to convert anything. The other two edges are marked with straight inch measurements and the circles are also labeled twice.
