Kuhn Rikon Duromatic Classic Neo handle model
The Swiss pressure cooker
Cooking in the DUROMATIC® is up to 70% faster and vitamins and nutrients are preserved much better. For example, when preparing food in a pressure cooker, twice as much vitamin C is retained* as when preparing food in normal cookware. You also save up to 70% energy. The triple pressure relief mechanism ensures safety at all times. The ergonomic handle fits comfortably in the hand, regardless of whether the DUROMATIC® is open or closed, and stays pleasantly cool.
Pressure cooker with an overview: If you prefer to remember delicious, self-created recipes rather than cooking times, you will find the most important cooking times for various side dishes and main courses written on the cover of the DUROMATIC® Classic Neo. The cooking time for all other meals and dishes that you can prepare with the pressure cooker can be found in the enclosed cooking time table, in the instructions for use or in the app. The DUROMATIC® has been manufactured at the Swiss production site since 1949. Thanks to its high quality, it is very durable.
