Mineral iron wok made in France.

The pan heats up very quickly and sears food so quickly that vitamins and nutrients are preserved. Cooking quality: high temperature = ideal for quick searing, browning, and grilling. Seasoning: The longer the pan is used, the better it cooks, and the less food sticks.

This wok has a slightly larger base so that it also fits on normal glass ceramic or induction hobs.
