"For its price, the Olavson copper core pan should do a lot. And it does. I have absolutely no complaints about my test winner: frying performance, weight and handling are top notch. The edge is an ideal height. Because the lid is included, you can also cook dishes with a lot of sauce or sear something without it splashing. With proper care and normal household use, pans should be able to be used for up to four years. Over time, even the best pan gets scratches in the coating and loses its non-stick effect, which causes the food to stick to the pan. In this case, with Olavson pans, you have the option of sending the pan in to have the coating replaced. If this works as well as promised, it is a sustainable solution for a really good pan."
