Prepare

With this hand-held slicer with a dough sledge, you can make spaetzle quickly and easily. Here's how: Place the dough into the plastic sledge (approx. 250 ml capacity) and then gently move the filled unit along the rails over the slicer. This presses the dough through the perforated sledge, and spaetzle or pasta are ready in minutes. The support bracket fits pots and bowls up to 24 cm in diameter. The rounded, comfortable handle made of high-quality plastic ensures a firm grip during preparation.
