Astral series. UniverSUS promises greater sustainability and comfort through an extremely durable, activatable non-stick coating.

Professionals usually use uncoated stainless steel pans because they are durable, can withstand high temperatures, and are easy to clean. But who wants to do without the convenience of a non-stick coating these days? It makes frying easier and protects against burning and sticking, making food easier to prepare even for inexperienced cooks. On the other hand, it also has disadvantages. Coatings must not get too hot and require careful handling. Even a quick stir with a metal spoon is discouraged. But no matter how careful you are, a conventional non-stick coating is a consumable item that wears out over time and loses its effectiveness after a few years at the latest.
