The bodies of the cookware are made of two layers rolled together, 90% copper and 10% stainless steel. Polished by hand using tried and tested methods.

Care :
Copper exterior: the color changes color when in contact with heat sources. If you want to make them shine again, use the special copper polish.

Stainless steel interior: Care with a sponge and dishwashing liquid
If you notice food burning in your casserole dish, soak it in water and dishwashing detergent for about half a day.

Cleaning in the dishwasher is possible, but is not recommended because the copper oxidizes.
