Non-stick surface
Our EVO cooking surface is PFAS-free (permanent chemicals). With added biominerals, our eco-friendly cooking surface technology ensures long-term efficiency.

The 8 mm thick Thermophor base is impact-resistant and will never warp. The Thermophor base and Thermophor side panels ensure optimal heat distribution and retention. This ensures even cooking throughout the cookware and increases energy efficiency.
Energy sources
Gastrolux® products are compatible with all types of cooktops, including induction, gas, electric and ceramic hobs.
Handles
The fixed handles, the handles on both sides of the cookware, and the knobs on the lids do not heat up and are temperature-resistant up to 260°C. Removable handles should be removed when using the cookware in the oven. The ergonomic design of the handles ensures a secure and comfortable grip during cooking.
Removable handle
If your Gastrolux® product has a removable handle (optional), make sure you remove it before placing the cookware in the oven. When removing the cookware from the oven, reattach the cold handle to ensure safe handling.
