The cake base can also cool down well on the cake rack with feet. Useful helper for cooling cakes and cake bases, but also for decorating. This means excess icing drips onto the worktop and doesn't stick to the pastry. The cake rack is made of metal with a chrome-plated surface. Do not clean in the dishwasher, but by hand with a soft cloth and mild detergent.
