The molds are equipped with a very high-quality and long-lasting coating, so the cakes turn out particularly well and can be removed from the mold almost by themselves. Clean the baking pan with hot water, mild detergent and a cloth. Do not use scratching or cleaning sponges or any scratching or scouring agents. Do not clean in the dishwasher. Temperature resistant up to 250 °C.
